Paul became the first winner of ITV's Britain's Got Talent and instantly shot to fame. Since his TV performance, he has become a global
superstar. This is shown by the number of ‘One Chance’ albums sold, which is more than 3½ million, has reached the 1st place in the charts of 13 countries and entering the top 10 in further 8 countries.
In the UK his album sales exceeded the total sales of the top 10. The very exciting world tour where tickets were sold out for more than 100 shows and public performances to more than 50 thousand people ensured his success and made a strong mark on the field of music.
This remarkable success was the impetus for him being presented with a plaque in Germany for 1 million albums sold, and his recent winning of the impressive ‘Best Male International Artist’ Echo Award. He has emerged as a YouTube superstar and his trip from his first audition to winning at Got Talent in Britain, has been seen by internet users numbering over 74 million.
